AND DR NG’OMA SAYS PERPETUATORS OF VIOLENCE MUST BE DISCIPLINED IF LAW AND ORDER ARE TO PREVAIL IN THE COUNTRY ESPECIALLY WITH THE FORTH COMING GENERAL POLLS.
SPEAKING DURING RADIO PHOENIX `LET THE PEOPLE TALK PROGRAMME TODAY, DR NG’OMA STRESSED THAT WHAT ZAMBIANS NEED FROM PEOPLE HOLDING HIGH OFFICE IS TO DISCIPLINE THEIR FOLLOWERS RATHER THAN APOLOGIZING EACH TIME VIOLENCE ERUPTS.

HE SAYS ZAMBIANS MUST LEARN TO FIGHT FOR THEIR RIGHTS AND WHAT IS DUE TO THEM AND NOT ALLOW THE RECYCLED POLITICIANS TO MANIPULATE THEM.
