Rebel opposition bahati mp appointed as luapula province minister

PRESIDENT RUPIAH BANDA APPOINTED THE REBEL OPPOSITION PF BAHATI MEMEBR OF PARLIAMENT MR BESA CHIMBAKA AS THE NEW MINISTER FOR LUAPULA PROVINCE.
AND MR BANDA HAS WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT REVOKED THE APPOINTMENT OF MR CHRISPIN MUSHOSHA AS DEPUTY EDUCATION MINISTER AND REPLACED HIM WITH LUAPULA PROVINCE MNISTER BORNIFACE KAWIMBE.
PRESIDENT BANDA SAYS HE HAS DECIDED TO RELIEVE MR MUSHOSHA OF HIS DUTIES BECAUSE OF INDISCIPLINE AND CAUSING WRANGLES IN GOVERNMENT AND THE RULLING MMD IN LUAPULA PROVINCE.
MR BANDA SAYS DISCPILINE IN HIS GOVERNMENT IS VERY PARAMOUNT AND THAT ALL MINISTERS, DEPUTY MINISTERS, PARLIAMENTARIANS AND PARTY OFFICIALS SHOULD AT ALL COST ADHERE TO GOOD BEHAVIOUR.
HE SAYS ITS IS HIS WISH THAT POWER SHOULD BE SHARED BETWEEN MINISTERS, DEPUTY MINISTERS, AND ORDINARY PARTY OFFICIALS AND THAT POWER BE LOCALISED SO THAT PEOPLE IN PROVINCES ARE LEFT TO RUN THE PARTY.
THIS IS ACCORDING TO A NEWS STATEMENT AVAILED TO RADIO PHOENIX BY THE SPECIAL ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDNET FOR PRESS AND PUBLIC RELATION DICKSON JERE.
AND WHEN CONTACTED FOR A COMMENT THE PATRIOTIC FRONT LEADER MICHEAL SATA SAID THE APPOINTMENT OF MR CHIMBAKA IS GOOD RIDDANCE AS HE WAS NOT A CREBLE MEMBER OF THE PATRIOTIC FRONT.
