DEC PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER JOHN NYAWALI SAYS THE DUO, USING FORGED DOCUMENTS, OBTAINED FUEL WORTH 1.2 BILLION KWACHA FROM TAZAMA PIPELINE LIMITED BY PURPORTING THAT THEY HAD DEPOSITED THE MONEY INTO TAZAMA PIPELINE ACCOUNT WHEN IN FACT NOT.
